- BA in Finance or MBA
- Superior financial modeling skills
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with clients
- Excellent prioritization, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills

- Externally aggressive with a sales mentality and a self starter.

Skills/Qualifications
- Originating and placing mortgage loans
- Forming relationships with sources of real estate debt
- Managing debt placement from the pitch through closing
- Financial modeling, including valuations
- Evaluating new client opportunities
- Preparing and delivering presentations
