Lysa Flanz Ginsberg

Ms. Ginsberg is the President of Caramoor Mortgages a full service real estate company providing debt, equity and consulting services to owners and financial institutions on all types of properties within the continental United States. Ms. Ginsberg has been  a real estate professional for 24 years.  During her career, Ms. Ginsberg has  been involved with financing over $500 million in real estate projects nationwide. Prior to forming Caramoor Capital Group, Ms. Ginsberg  served as Senior Underwriter/Senior Vice President of a real estate conduit. Before joining the conduit, Ms. Ginsberg was a Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank (formerly known as Chemical Bank) where she worked in the top tier lending group that financed real estate owners/developers. In this capacity, she arranged and managed bank syndicates established to finance large-scale acquisition and construction projects of residential, retail, office, industrial, and hotel properties. Ms. Ginsberg is a New York State licensed real estate broker. Ms. Ginsberg holds an MBA in Finance from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University, and received a BA from Brandeis University.

Lisa Weitzman

Lisa Weitzman works with Caramoor on select workout and turnaround assignments.  Lisa Weitzman is concurrently a Partner at Hidalgo & Company, a small boutique real estate advisory and investment firm, where she is responsible for executing a wide array of acquisitions, financings, development, hybrid transactions, restructurings, and financial consulting. The aggregate proceeds and face amounts of these transactions exceeds $2.0 billion.
 
Prior to joining Hidalgo & Company, Ms. Weitzman was an Associate at Jones Lang Wootton USA, assigned to that firm’s Investment and Financial Services groups. Prior to attending business school, Ms. Weitzman worked at Lloyd Equities, Ltd., a developer and owner of multi-family housing and assisted living facilities.

Robert D. Ginsberg

Mr. Ginsberg has acquired and/or sold approximately $2.9 Billion in commercial office, retail and residential properties in the last 14 years, and was responsible for the management of Republic National Bank's 2.3 Million square feet of office and branch locations. With Republic, Mr. Ginsberg also served as a real estate analyst for Edmond Safra and certain private banking customers on such projects as the re-acquisition of Canary Warf and the development of 838 Fifth Avenue.
 
As Managing Director of Caramoor, Mr. Ginsberg advised on the acquisition, development, management and financing of approximately $1.1 billion in projects, and under Mr. Ginsberg's advisement, Caramoor and its affiliates have invested and partnered in the majority of these transactions.
